Morex Industries - History
Morex Industries was established in the year 2021 at Manpura, Baddi, Himachal Pradesh (The Industrial Hub of North India) by Mr. Ajay Kapoor & Mr. Gohar Kapoor. Our Plant is spead over 2.5 Acres of Land, equipped with all top notch equipments, 10 high end assembly lines, more than 15 injection moulding machines, A superior clean room allowing to make us all highend products.
As the Managing Partner of the Company Mr. Ajay Kapoor is an entrepreneur with vast experience in the field of Electrical Appliances and Plastic Injection Moulding. Being in technical trade, he has a great deal of Electrical and Mechanical know-how.
Earlier in 1992,Mr. Ajay Kapoor started a manufacturing unit under the trade name of
Alfa Industries, at Okhla Industrial Area, New Delhi as proprietor for manufacturing the Small Electrical Appliances and in the year 1996 he started doing OEM for a number of companies including INALSA and SINGER.
Later in year 1998, he started a new firm under the trade name of Sahara Plast India for manufacturing plastic components for these appliances with a single 80ton Injection Moulding machine.
In May, 2004 he launched another concern under the trade name Laxmi Enterprises for manufacturing SS blade for Food Processors, Juicer Mixer Grinders and Mixer Grinders etc. and other Stainless-Steel items for these appliances.
In the year 2010, he established KANZ ELECTICAL INDUSTRIES at Baddi, Himachal Pradesh with all the benefits of the New Industrial Policy of 2004 of Govt of INDIA for the state of Himachal by Mr. Ajay Kapoor & Mr. Gohar Kapoor joined in after completing his business studies in 2015 to expand the Horizons for them on global level by Importing & Exporting latest cut to technology products.
The growth increased day by day with the support of prestigious customer support & the quality of products & on time delivery commitment.Morex Industriesis now equipped with 20 Injection Moulding Machines ranging from 50 tons to 300 tons.
We are one of the very first companies in North India which started the commercial production of Induction Cookers & Infrared. We are manufacturing more than 30 models of the same for more than 29 Brands like Bajaj, Russel Hobbs, Kent Ro, Kenstar, Suryaa Roshini, Glen, Sunflame, Prestige, Russell Hobbs, etc.
Now these establishments of Mr. Kapoor are supplying all sort of Complete Assembled Products & also Plastic components and Blades/Discs for Food Processor, used in manufacturing of Food processor, Juicer Mixture Grinders, Mixer Grinders, Induction Cookers and Choppers etc.

We are always looking forward to focus on technology up-gradation. We have installed Nissei machines and withtheir latest technology of Servo Motors with Servo Drives which has been a saving of our National Resources of Electrical Energy by 40% to 60%.We are always looking forward to invest in new technology & equipment up-gradation for all in house production of all the product manufactured at Baddi Plant. Morex is using almost 80% of the spares to manufacture the products which are manufactured in house or by the sister concern in order to be able to become the most competitive and also to supply quality products. We use Technology which are low Power consuming but provide Precise and accurate product output & power saving of 40 to 60%
